SPRING GARDEN TOWNSHIP

FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS POSITION

A qualified person is being sought for the full-time position of Public Works Crewperson.  This person works on the public works crew to maintain Township streets, parks, buildings and other Township properties.  Operates dump trucks, riding mowers, leaf pickers, chain saws and other power equipment and hand tools.  Must be available for overtime and emergency call-in work when needed.

Minimum qualifications include:  high school graduate or equivalent.  Five years experience in street construction or maintenance, heavy equipment operation, general construction or grounds maintenance.  Must possess a valid PA Commercial Drivers License with at least a Class B endorsement.
