YARD SALES

Yard sale signs are allowed five days prior to the sale and must be removed within one day of the sale. These signs may be placed with landowner’s permission, but NOT on utility or traffic control sign poles or posts. Any illegal signs will be removed and destroyed.

After obtaining a $5.00 permit, a yard sale may be conducted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Only two days of yard sale are allowed in any one calendar year. You may have one day on two separate occasions or two days in succession.

Stop by the Township Administration Office on Ogontz Street to obtain the required permit and rules regarding signs, noise and time limits.
