Print the application, complete, and return to general@sgtwp.org or drop off to Administration at 340 Tri Hill Road, York, PA 17403 with all appropriate documentation and a copy of your driver’s license. Parks & Opens Space Plan
In May of 2016 Spring Garden Township developed this plan to guide future decision-making regarding parks, recreation facilities, programs and services, facility management, and the allocation of financial resources. The Plan provides and assessment of current assets and operations and suggests strategies and recommendations for enhancing the quality of life for residents of Spring Garden Township.

An application for field rental must have the following components in order for the application to be processed:
1) Completed and signed application.
2) Fully executed Field Facility Use & Maintenance Rules/Regulations Agreement
3) Full roster of your entire organization showing the names and complete addresses (street, city, state, and zip) of your participants. 4) Fully executed Waiver/Release form for each participant
5) Clearances for any adult that falls within the statutory definition of having direct contact with children.
6) Current Certificate of Insurance of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit coverage naming Spring Garden Township as an additional insured.
7) Fee must be received to hold the field for your organization.

- Majority-Resident Team $10 for each 4-hours of use
