To sign up send email to general@sgtwp.org with “Mill Creek Clean Up” in the subject line and include the name(s) and ages of participants.

Sign Up Deadline May 3, 2024.   (Limited to first 75 to sign up)

 Gloves will be provided, please bring boots or shoes  that can get wet. Feel free to bring grabbing tools to assist.

 * Note: All participants will be required to sign a release form

Feel free to print the adult release and waiver form, sign, and bring the day of the event or email with your RSVP.
For minors, the parent or guardian must sign the minor release and waiver form.
